There is, in any community, a central authority, the final source of imperatives; and yet those imperatives are only worthy of being followed if the central authority is in accord with the signifying center: to put I more precisely, if the imperatives issued by the central authority are the same as those issued by the signifying center.

The more money in the system, the more the central authority is likely to be marketized as well.

In each case, some kind of resentment towards central authority is involved, ultimately for not being central and authoritative enough, as proven by the fact that one can challenge, revise and circumvent it in these very ways.
