I don't know anything about freemasonry (other than the fact that it often gets coupled with the Jews), but I think I understand your question. Yes, any social and political theory will have to be "idiomatic." The passage you quote certainly implies the need for new forms of writing. (Some of the discussions on the importance of "naming" point to this.) I have actually come across a new way of framing all this, and I'll be writing up a preliminary post on it fairly soon--then I'll have to do a bit of reading.
