What does a society where omnicentrism has been resolved look like?
I think the answer to this is the construction of disciplinary spaces, which is, of course, going on. If you just blurt out in the twittersphere, "Obamacare bad!," yes, no one cares, but if you participate in a reddit or discord site focused on critiques of socialized healthcare, or whatever, and you listen to what others are saying and learn, you will shape your "Obamacare bad!" into something others there are interested in. In that case, you're not completely powerless--the power you have within that group will depend upon how good you are at creating new positions out of the arguments people are having. And how powerful the site itself is will depend on whether it prepares people to go elsewhere and inform other sites. There are no guarantees, but the resentments are more remediable.
