US election interference

Yes, but it's interesting that they only quote State Department officials, and no one actually in the administration. Technically, of course, the State Department is part of "the administration," but these might very well be people there before Trump came along. It would be consistent with Trump's actions so far to curtail or shut down "democracy promotion" (if he does it, he might do it quietly), so it's something to watch for.
