Presence and Intention in Sampling as Currency

The more all activity is carried out through collaboration between well organized and future-oriented teams, the less money is needed to mediate exchange. It's not exactly barter or communal (e.g., like distribution in a family is unmediated by money) because each team must provide data to proximally related teams--data that they in turn need to supply that team and others.
